Hello,

Painful clitoris spasms commonly occur due to injury after rough masturbation or foreplay without adequate lubricate.

It can also be due to infection (STI), Vulvodynia, after sexual abuse, sometimes also due to cancer.

You are suggested to visit a gynae, get your pelvic examination done to assess the pathology causing you discomfort.

Get STD tests done. Your treatment will depend upon the severity of the pathology detected.

Your treating doctor may give you antibiotics & antivirals. You can apply Hydrocortisone ointment to get relieved.

Take care of your hygiene & avoid sex for a couple of days.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
