What Causes Painful Clitoris In A Sexually Active Person?

I am in a relationship and we have sex quite a lot... we both have not been with anyone in over a year (he hasn't I have) but my other partners have bee clean. My clitorous is painful and when we have foreplay it is sometime overly sensitive which is not normal. I am wondering how this has happened and also how to get relief

Thanks for posting your query.
Clitoris is extra sensitive as compared to other vaginal & pubic parts due to very good nerve supply.
However being painful is not normal.
So consult your Doctor for local examination.
