What Causes Painful Cramping In The Lower Abdomen?
Friday night I started having sharp menstrual like very painful cramping on lower abdomen. I am 44 yrs old and have not had a menstrual cycle since June 2015. I have no diarrhea, no vomiting - nothing other than the pain which comes and goes. Very sharp when it comes, then just goes away. I can t seem to eat but I do feel hungry. Today is my 3rd day and the pain has lessen. Only other symptom I had which came after was a migraine. Migraine is gone but my abdomen pain still lingers. Going back to the pain, at first I didn t even want to sit because I felt pressure and I was scared to use the restroom as when a pregnant woman is going into labor. Not sure what to make of it so any help would be appreciated. I have been drinking cranberry juice, water and eating soup with saltine crackers. Thank you in advance -

Hello dear on my opinion I will suggest that you go and do further test including a pelvic scan this I am very will really determine the cause of the sharp lower abdominal pain
