What Causes Painful Cramps In Lower Abdomen Since Two Weeks In Males?
hello, for last two weeks I been having this pain in the bottom of my stomach and sometimes I get a real bad cramp in my lower stomach area and it feels likei got to use the bathroom real bad, no blood although. Do I need to go see a doctor? I am a male and my age is 53.

From history it seems that there might be having urinary tract infection or some problem with prostate giving rise this pain and urinary problem.
Consult urologist and get examined.
Ultra sound of abdomen will give clear clue about your problem.
Meanwhile take plenty of water.
