You are having pain or cramps in your lower abdomen just while doing some sort of movement like sneezing, coughing, etc. It is called round ligament pain which is very common in pregnancy. You need not worry anything about it. You can try to do some relaxation exercises or yoga. Avoid sudden movements of your body which causes the pain.
