Hello, You have pain full cuts on the foreskin post intercourse. It has become bigger and is hurting. You are suggested to take care of your hygiene, take regular showers and keep your private area clean. Abstain from any type of sexual activity, avoid self pleasuring also for a couple of days while you are being treated. Give time for the wound to heal. You can apply ointment Soframycin or Neosporin on the area affected. It should heal in a week. If it is taking time to heal then you can apply Acyclovir ointment on the area affected. Wear loose fitting cotton clothes. It should get healed. In case, more blisters are coming then you should get clinically examined by a Urologist and get STD tests done(both partners). If found positive you (both) will be treated with a course of antivirals / antibiotics. Before penetrative sexual intercourse make sure that your partner is wet, you can also use lubricants.
