What Causes Painful Dryness In The Throat After Consuming Herbalife Formula-1 Nutritional Shake?
Hello Doctor. For the last two month I have been taking Formula1,Afresh and Aloe Plus. After consuming Formula1 in the morning my throat dries and ache.My tongue has become rough and sour. Its been continous for three to four days.whats a reason behind this.Should I continue formula1?
Well, it looks like the supplement that you are taking is not suiting your body type and it is the cause for dry skin and irritated throat. Also, the tongue is sore and inflamed due to dryness.
So my suggestion is to stop consuming the same and it is always better to take any supplements after getting advised by a certified Dietician or a Physician.
To reduce dryness drink plenty of water and chew sugar-free chewing gum. You can gargle with Lidocaine mouthwash to reduce soreness and suck ice pops.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Honey Arora,
Dentist
