Painful hard lumps on the meatus of the urethra that show growth should not be left un-examined or untreated. You are suggested to visit ER, get clinically examined, assessed & diagnosed so that treatment can be started.
Your treating doctor will tell you to get blood tests, Urinalysis and some imaging tests done, get them done at the earliest to detect urethral warts, urethral cysts, urethral tumors, urethral carbuncle or cancer.
Your treatment will depend on your clinical condition and the reports of the investigations obtained.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
