Hi I had a quad strain about 10 weeks ago while playing soccer, I stopped playing immediately and applied ice, for the next 4 weeks I didn t do much on it at all, for the next 4 weeks after that I began light jogging with plenty of stretching, the past 2 weeks I have returned to full training but my leg doesn t feel 100%. I have a hard lump on my quad which is sore to touch, what could this be?
