General & Family Physician 's  Response
Your history suggests pain during intercourse even during pregnancy and so you seem to have this problem for some time now. And so child birth doesn't seem to be the problem here. Also u had a c section and that eliminates the possibility of local trauma. Normally lubrication is enough to tackle this problem. Sometimes during periods of mental stress tightening of the pelvic muscles might lead to some pain during intercourse if at all your pregnancy period was stressful. Also involuntary muscle spasms in the vaginal wall can lead to pain which usually goes away on its own. Plus you haven't mentioned whether its an entry pain or a deep pain. Anyway its better to consult a gynaecologist for hands on vaginal examination.
