I have pain after intercourse for years and no doctor can understand my problem. After intercourse I feel sever pain and it end when I go to washroom and and pass the bowel by force . I do not understand it ovrry problem or intestine. I am also suffering from infertility for last 8years.
Do MRI and imaging studies of the uterus and internal organs. Do you have constipation? Painful abdomen as inflammatory bowel disease can cause these changes. You need to diagnose as other factors may also cause it. pANCA and ASCA are blood tests and plain X-ray can help in diagnosis.
Do yoga and few exercises can helpful and breathing exercises can decrease pain too. Send all reports, tests to your doctor, check blood test, stool test, imaging studies etc.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
