General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

These symptoms happen in people who are new in their sexual life. I think you should get some test to rule out UTI (i.e., urine routine and microscopy). As a medication to prevent this, you can use Lidocaine jelly which will reduce pain during contact. You can use some analgesic to avoid the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Iven Romic Rommstein, General Surgeon
