What Causes Painful Intercourse?
HI, I am a 67 year old woman and was having trouble with pain doing sex. My doctor put me on Estrace Cream. 0.01. I now can t sleep at night, this is my 4th night without sleep. I don t want to take a sleep medication because I don t want to depend on sleeping pills. What should I do?

madam you were having vaginal dryness which was responsible for painful sex and your doctor prescribed you esrogen cream which is standard therapy ..and one thing is for sure ur oestrogen cream is not giving you sleep less night...it may be some problem etc...you should see your doctor for sleep problem ...she may prescribe some drug or simply advise you some life style modifications...but esrogen cream is not at fault
