What Causes Painful Jaw And Stiff Neck Post Injury?

Yesterday around this time I was at basketball practice and I went for a block and I fell on my butt and hit my head I wasnt dizzy are anything and I didn t lost consciousness and the trainer checked me out asking me questions ao I sat out a little and the pain went away but my jaw started to hurt on both sides and when I woke up this morning it was a little stiff and my neck and I was concerned about if I should get this checked out or not.
