What Causes Painful Lump In Between Anus And Scrotum?
My husband (26) developed a lump the size of a dime in between his scrotum and anus. It s very pain for any movement and appears to have a purple color to it. What could this be? We haven t seen any pus or blood. There doesn t appear to be a hole or anything on it.

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having ingrown hair follicle infection and now forming abscess giving rise this problem.
At present there is induratin and looks like pus formation is not there.
Go for one antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course for 3-5 days.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
