What Causes Painful Lump Inside Anus And Blood In Stool?
I felt a hard lump very painful about an inch inside my anus. Im currently going through chemo for breast cancer. I have had very bloody stools on and off for years and problems with hemrhoids all my doctors blow me off when i tell them how severe. now this painful sire like thing in my anus? Could it be rectal cancer?

Hello there, Rectal cancers are painless lumps, I am thinking it might be a fissure in your anus, Which causes the pain, and the hemorrhoids which cause the bleeding. But i will advice to to go for an Colonoscopy to make sure there is no Metastasis of your breast cancer and to rule out the rectal carcinoma. Take care and all the best for your recovery.
