What Causes Painful Lump-like Swelling In Between Anus And Vagina?
For the past few days I ve had a ulcer type painful swollen lump like area in the space between my anus and vagina. At first I thought it was chaffing but it s much worse than that. . It can t be from sex. I do have hemeroids but this pain is above my anus.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be hemorrhoid but it could be some swelling may be lymph node and possibilities of abscess need to be ruled out, till then you can have "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, sitz bath may be helpful, in case of infection antibiotic can be tried, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
