What Causes Painful Lump On Left Side Of Armpit?

Hi, I'm 26 months pregnant and noticed a lump under my left armpit 3 weeks ago. It is slightly painful and quite large, the size of an olive. Should I be concerned about this? I'm scheduled to see my OB this week, any advise until then? Thank you much.

Hi, i do care for your concern.
The history said by you suggest more of abscess (sebaceous cyst).
You can use topical antibiotic cream to treat this condition.
Keep the region free from sweat as this would help you a lot.
These do occur when the duct from sebaceous gland blocks up with small dirt particles.
Need not panic as this could be reverted back to normal by following the above steps.
