What Causes Painful Lump On Roof Of Mouth Along With Discomfort Eyes?

I have a lump on the roof of my mouth on the right side, it throbs and can feel pressure starting in the lump going to my nose into my sinuses and into the area behind my eye causing a lot of discomfort, it appeared yesterday morning. It s about the size of the tip of my middle finger with no discoloration what could it be?
