What Causes Painful Lump On Shin After An Injury?

My daughter was hit in the shin with a baseball 3weeks ago. The bruise has faded but now she has a lump on the shin that appears to be growing in size. It also looks like the bruising colour has moved. It hurts around the lump but not when touching the lump itself. Should I be concerned?

hello friend, i wil suggest u to concern orthopedics it can hematoma at the site and sometime in late it can turn to bening tumor also.. so kindly suggest u to concern orthopaedics as soon as possible. thanks dr arun tiwari
