What Causes Painful Lump On The Labia Minora?

Hi, Iam 35 years married female ,I discovered small lump about 3 mm at right labia minora it is painless in the beginning but when l manipulated it there is some pain but there is no pain when press on it, when pulled skin the lump appear pale , this lump not present from 3 weeks ago , please I wait your answer

it may be because of local gland's dilatation due to obstruction to its duct due to some local thing or inflammation or infections... it may be due to local minor lymphatics infections.. it may be herpes.. you please refer yourself to Gynecologist.. maintain local hygiene..
