I have high inflammation CRP levels which has caused pain in the calves of my legs. I also have had pain with carpal tunnel and suddenly I developed painful swollen lumps on both arms below the elbow. These lumps swell up then more or less die down but are painful when you press on them. When I eat an anti-inflammatory diet and take anti-inflammatory herbs it helps. The pain in my legs is improving but I also have those swollen pain lumps in both legs which look kind of like blood blots. The swelling in my L. arm just swells up and is fluffy but the lumps on my R. arm are firmer and very painful to touch. done.
