What Causes Painful Lumps In The Pelvic Region And Pain During Intercourse?

I have two small, pea sized lumps in my pelvic region, along the crease of the inside of my hip. They are painful to touch, and are swollen. I am experiencing mild pain in the area without touch. I ve recently experienced pain during intercourse before noticing these lumps. How serious is this? Should I make an appointment to see a doctor?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Yes, you should definitely consult your doctor.
Painful swollen lumps are mostly enlarged inguinal lymphnodes.
You are also having pain during Intercourse.
So possibility of infection is more.
So consult doctor and get done clinical examination of private parts and lumps.
Avoid unprotected Intercourse and use condom.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Keep proper hygiene of private parts. Avoid perspiration and moisture in private parts.
You will also need antibiotic and anti inflammatory drugs.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
