I have small nodules on my fingers and the thumbs are also getting sore. I am suffering constantly with pain in neck shoulder hips knees and toes and wrists. I also have TMJ and have had my left side washed out twice as it is locking and hard to eat. I am inconstant pain in one way or another and am at my wit s end. This then makes me more anxious and depressed. It has taken me a while to get used to having copd and mild emphysema I am desperate for help but I never see the same to as our surgery only has locums coming in and out and nothing gets followed up. Help
