Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain painful
folate papillae can be due to causes like Transient Lingual Pappilitis and it can be due to causes like
Nutritional deficiency while can also be due to continuous trauma with any sharp tooth, tongue biting habit etc..
Secondly the painful soft movable lump on right side of neck seems to be most probably due to swollen lymph node and as it is painful and movable, you need not to worry as it is not cancerous as mostly cancerous nodes are had, attached to underlying tissues so gets immovable and commonly painless..
I would suggest you to continue applying
Triamcinolone acetonide on the papillae and also get evaluated for any sharp teeth that might be irritating the tongue..
Take Vitamin B-complex supplements..
Do cool compresses over the papillae..
If there is pain gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
If still does not resolve get a
biopsy of the papillae done..
For lymph node consult an Oral Physician or an ENT expert and get evaluated and he can give a couse of antibiotics and anti inflammatory painkillers like
Ibuprofen..
Do cool compresses over the swelling..,
Hope this information helps.
Regards.
