What Causes Painful Muscle Spasms In The Lower Right Abdomen?

I am a 48 year old female, I had a complete tubal ligation 6 years ago. For the last 6 months I have been having painful muscle spasms in my lower right abdomen. It started out only happening right after orgasm, but now I am getting them just from coughing or laughing. I also get horribly painful muscle spasms in the middle of side more toward the back, these occur on both sides but not as often. My Dr was unable to locate anything that could be causing these pains.

they may be related to tub ligation. painful muscle spasm is normal happing pain while orgasm and coughing is normal. can take ultrasound and consult gynechologist for examination and opinion.explain your problem to doctor.
