What Causes Painful Nipples In Children?
My Son is 7, but will be 8 in July. He has been complaining of his nipples hurting for a while now and it always is centered around his time in the pool. He says they bleed, but we ve never seen it till today. It wasn t a lot but it was clearly blood. What could this possibly be?

He should get checked immediately. Do an ultrasound of the breast to check it. Also, the blood and secretions from the nipples should get evaluated.
