What Causes Painful Pimple And Soreness Under The Tongue?

Hello i need some help. Last 7 days under my toung and the insides of my gums at the back have been sore i cant eat or drink things fizzy or cordial. Only today i have realised that there is 3 or 4 white things under my toung on the skin between the toung and bottom jaw. They look like pimple ready to pop i need help asap its painful n panadol or neurophen isent helping. My auntys who are both RN's told me to get some losengers with local in them to stop the pain a little bit and to use paroxide mouthwash n to drink water n eat soft foods. HELP

As per your complain soreness under the tongue and inside of gums along with formation of small pimples can be due to conditions like Apthous ulcers or canker sores while can also be due to Herpetic Gigivostomatitis caused by Herpes virus infection while can also be due to Pemphigus Vulgaris or Bullous Pemphegoid..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like microscopic examination of scrapings from the lesion and blood test can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now you can start taking a multivitamin tablet daily..
You can take anti inflammatory painkiller like Advil or Aleve..
You can gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Do warm saline gargles..
Avoid spicy and hot foods and drink plenty of water..
Maintain a good oral hygiene..
