What Causes Painful Pimple Like Lump On Nipple?
I am a 60 year old woman and have a small pimple like lump on my nipple. It is very painful and I don t know what I should do or if is something that could be serious. I have had 3 lumps removed from that breast, one with precancerous cells so I am very watchful for changes. Any suggestions or ideas?

Well come to HCM
Lump in breast need to be taken seriously if had such history and lesion being taken out, so did you send this for histopathological analysis ? if the same lesion are there then this need to be investigated and best is "Fine needle aspiration" and mammogram, without this can not be said anything for sure, here clinical examination is also helpful, hope this information helps, take care.
