What Causes Painful Pimples Around The Anus?

Hello i have pimples all around my anus they dont itch but it hurts when my bum cheeks touch each other also hurts and burns when i pee and the pimples seem to be spreading upwards , they look like pumps unders the skin there color is same color as my skin with a bit of redness am worried what could have caused this , knowing they showed up after 2 days of me having anal sex with my boyfriend.

I really appreciate your concern, such skin lesion could be due to allergic condition and some time it could be contact dermatitis in either of these conditions it is advisable to try "Beclomethasone cream" keep the area clean take care for hygiene, and no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
