What Causes Painful Pimples In The Groin Area And Armpits?
I ve been getting deep painful pimples in my private areas. I ve also recently gotten one in my armpit area. I ve never had this problem before. They have become more frequent in the past 6 months. If I try to pop or extract the puss, they become worse & a small open sore develops.

From the description given those lesions appear to be boils, due to hair follicle infection. These are most often caused by Staphylococcal infection. Just squeezing and removing pus is not going to help, as there will be repeat infections. It is better if you take a course of antibiotic like Amoxicillin 500 mg + Potassium Clavulanate 3 times a day for about 7 days. Plus clean and drees the wounds properly. Thanks.
