What Causes Painful Pulsations On The Back After Taking Iron Gluconate?
I was given a supplement of iron gluconate (324mg) to take twice a day, shortly afterwards I began having pulsating pains in my back, I also have been exercising , but I have been doing the exercises longer than I have been taking the pills, I m wanting to know can this be the cause of the pain?
It might be a simple musculoskeletal pain and not related to iron supplements. As of now you can take analgesics like paracetamol or Tramadol for pain relief. If pain persists you can consult a physician and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
