What Causes Painful Red Bumps On The Buttock?
hi, i have various red pimples all over my bum cheeks that aren t actually spots because they never seem to have a head or pop ? is it because i sweat a lot as i wear tights to school? and are there any ways to prevent these spots from appealing as they re not very nice to look at.

Your symptoms seem to be related to furuncles which are an infection of the hair follicle.
I suggest you wash and dry frequently the area.
I also suggest using an antibiotic cream for local application.
