hi

i got this spot on my right corner of chin last week, and it was hurting so i tried to squeeze it to get rid of whatever bad stuff was inside, but it wasn't coming out and i ended up opening the skin, so then i put savlon and baby powder but then ext to very tiny white spots came and i tried to squeeze them and it all just went worse, in the middle it stopped hurting, and now today its started hurting and i can feel there is stuff inside but won't come out, and its red and bumpy and doesn't look nice at all, it looks like i hurt myself there

I am so upset, i just want it to at least stop hurting, then i can deal with how it looks later. For now, I just wasged my face with exfoliatibg scrub and then dabbed clean and clear lotion on it and then rubbed savlon on it

Could you please suggest what I could do to stop the hurting??
