What Causes Painful Red Lumps On The Patella?

I have a bump on the left side and right side in the back of my mouth on the top. It s by the arch they are a little red and they hurt and I can feel them rub against my tongue I went to the dentist and they said it was nothing to be concerned about but they hurt then like I said one is on the left side one is on the right side on the roof of my mouth any info I would appreciate it thank you

I really appreciate your concern, if this is does not cause any pain then it is nothing to worry, after the examination if the dentist found no abnormality then it must be nonspecific appearance, and may not be disease, so no need to worry about this hope this information helps.
