I have a very painful spot on my penis just below the rim of the gland. No bumps, warts, or any other STD symptoms. The pain is constant and seems very localized to about 6mm area. The pain is not severe but it is not pleasant. On a scale 1-10 it is a constant 4. I am circumcised but when I pullback the foreskin that is still there and I can see a red spot which is where the pain radiates from. The pain has lasted about a week and it is getting more intense. any suggestions?
