What Causes Painful Scabs Inside The Nostril Along With Blood Clotting?
Hi, I ve been having issues with my nose for about 2 months now. The issue is I ve been having painful scabs inside both nostrils with blood with a foul odor. What could this possibly be? I do have lupus and diabetes if that helps with evaluating what the issue could be.

Hello,
It can be an atrophic rhinitis. As a first line management you can risne the nostril with antiseptic nasal drops. If lesion persists better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
