What Causes Painful Sensation In The Inner Arms And Legs During Urination?

For the past three months I have had a strange symptom. When I feel like I have to urinate a chill that is painful runs on the inner aspect of both arms and legs. I a female, age 76 and still having hot flashes. These same symptoms proceed the hot flashes.

Your symptoms are not related to urination but the pressure causes some sore of nerves stimulation causing painful runs. I think this should subside with time. Nothing to worry.
