I have a discomfort pain from my lower vaginal opening to just before you reach my anus. There s a soft lump on the inner side of the lips one side it s noticeable and the other slightly. It has some pain when peeing and my lower back aches. What could this be
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. The painful soft lump what you are complaining could be 'Bartholin cyst'. Probably it could be infected. Kindly take the following measures for the same. 1. Sitz bath. 2. Tablet. Ciprofloxacin 500mg twice daily after food for 5 days. 3. Tablet. Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily after food for 5 days. In case the symptoms does not subside, it might need a surgical drainage under local anesthesia. If so, kindly consult Gynecologist or Surgeon in this regard.
