What Causes Painful Sore Spot On The Left Calf Muscle?
Hello, I have a very sore spot on the outside of my calf below my knee, on my left leg. I don t believe I bruised it, there is no mark there. It hurts to touch and hurts more if I massage it. Can you advise what this might be? I have not over-exercised this spot, nor done any kind of stretch to cause the pain.
