What Causes Painful Spine, Neck And Back With Extreme Fatigue?
Hi, I need to find out why I m having a hard time getting up because when doing so, my spine hurts and I feel the need to use my hand and legs to push me up. Also, my neck and lower back hurt severely and I m always tired: not something I m used to because I have always been very active and I get frustrated. My joints hurt all over, and I feel I ve lost some height? Can you help me?

I think you should visit a rheumatologist and do a X-ray or MRI of the affected joints especially spine. You can use anti-inflammatory drugs such Advil or naproxen for pain.
