The history you gave is not sufficient to come to conclusion, gaseous distension may cause decrease movement of diaphragm may cause dysnea. Few conditions like, metabolic acidosis , diabetic keto acidosis may cause breathless Ness. Fistula or fissure or external hemorrhoids may cause the problem.
