yes my name is emily and i have been getting bad chills just freezing while everyone else is hot , all of my glands are swollen in my neck it hurts to swallow ,and i have bad body aches . lastly my skin is very sensitive to the touch , I ll get a sharp pain on some part of my body and it s very painful . idk what s wrong

Your glands are swollen in the neck n you have difficulty in swollowing because of this which means may be you are having thyroid problem. But you need proper examination.
