General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Infected lymph node is a more possible diagnosis. You can go for an ultrasound scan to confirm the diagnosis. A urine routine and culture study has to be done to look for infection. If there is signs of infections, antibiotics must be started.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
