What Causes Painful Swelling In The Heel?
Hmmm. Nurse just told me I have Soft Tissue Swelling of the left heel area, no broken bones/bone spurs. Pain in walking, sometimes resting. Sometimes while driving, the pain shoots through the heel like someone stabbing me with an ice pick. Any ideas? I was thinking plantar fasciitis. I stretch it, ice it, rest it, don t know what else to do.

It may be fasicuilits just take tab voren In bd and tab augmention in bd also use p cam jell and regular ecxercise
