What Causes Painful Swelling Of Right Testicle?

Hello Doc, 2 months ago I felt enlargement of my right testicle and sudden pain also, so I visited a Urologist. He kept me on meds for 21 days and then told me to give some tests and put me on a single med i.e. Roliflo OD 2. After the reports also he kept me on this same medicine and told me that your problem will be solved now after around 2 months I told him that still some 5% problem is left ( which is same after the 21 days completion). Now he told me to do some more tests and gave added 1 more medicine INMECIN 50 mg. He told me to get done a Doppler Scrotal Sonography and when the report came he said the report is not giving what I wanted so you do this once more. What s going on? Can you please help me? Only 5% pain and a bit swelling in veins are left and the veins appear to be gathered around testes. Why so many tests and only 1 med and now 2.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
your problem seems to be torsion of testis, which is most common cause of severe sudden testicular pain. i suggest you to chec if the enlargement has decreased. if decreased ,then swollen veins will also dissappear.rest youll be fine. if not then consult another good general surgeon.
