I have very swollen lymphnodes that aren't going away one on my right side is the size of a nickel and just recently I get a sharp pain on that side it hurts so bad I'm scared to swallow and move my neck it feels like if I do my throat will explode it goes away after a few mins once the lymph node goes bak to the front of my neck why is this happening and antibiotics have not worked at all

Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like strep throat , measles , ear infections , mononucleosis or cellulitis. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , physical examination and take sample for lab test along with blood test . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like amoxicillin at least fo a week along with anti inflammatory and vitamin supplement to boost the immunity . For now get proper rest , apply warm compresses and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
