Hello for the past 2 week i have had very bad unbearable pain in my left side of my temple and i feel really dizzy and i lose my balance as if i was drunk and feel hot and very tired and find my self falling asleep and not being aware i dont have insurance to go see a doctor and i was wondering if you can possibly help me its affecting my job and im worried tbat it keeps happening ill lose my job please help me Thank you Khelsea Ellis
