What Causes Painful Tender Spot Below The Jawbone?

I have a painful tender spot just below the right jawbone. Besides that, I am relatively healthy on no meds, but I have been extremely fatigued lately, been thirsty especially when I m sleeping and the only other system that I have been having within the last couple of months is burning in my hip bone at night.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello.
Welcome to HCM.
This is Dr. Swarnava Dattagupta answering your query.

See, the tender spot near your jawbone is an enlarged lymph node. This can occur in many cases like some acute infection, chronic infection, also some other diseases. The fatigue or tiredness is because of the same. You also might have associated fever. Take tab coamoxyclav 625 thrice daily for 5 days. Also avoid iced food. Do warm water gargling if required.
The burning hip pain looks nonspecific. Do a little more exercise and see how it goes. Take ibuprofen 400mg SOS if pain is more.

Hope this was helpful.
Regards
