I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. I understand your concern. Painful urination after the urination is not normal. It could be due to
vaginal infection and
urinary tract infection. If it continue then examination by gynecologist, urine tests and vaginal swab test will help you.
Vaginal infection require: Clingen suppository and
Lactobacillus suppository Urinary tract infection require antibiotic,
Pyridium and syrup Cital. Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry, orange and pineapple. Maintain proper pelvic hygiene before and after sex, you can also use V vaginal plus wash for better hygiene.
Stoney and Black halls will not help to tighten the vagina.
